have a 1989 k1500 z71 4x4 with the 4.3 im 17 and about to get my license i was wondering if anyone could tell me what kinda gas mileage i can expect it has a 3 inch lift and 33 inch tires thanks

just the tires alone wont get you very good gas mileage takes more power to turn the wheels equalling more gas consumption.


not exactly but i know the lift messes up the aerodynamics and all and the tires take more power to turn em but the larger diameter makes the wheel need to do less rotations so it might equal out but i was just curious if anyone had this set up i wana get atleast 16 miniumly so if anyone has tips but thanks Matt


ya np man, i put 31s on my truck and i found i chewed through more gas but good luck on your search did you check with a mechanic or a place that sells the lifts and stuff they are usually pretty knowledable on the subject
