I have a 1988 Chevy 1500 and when I start it up it will like almost shut off but come.back to life a couple times then it will be okay when it warms up. And doesn't wanna go. Any suggestions?

vacuum leak or bad tps. Have you pulled the codes on it? Its very simple to do, google GM OBD1 codes.
