There should be an emissions tag on top of the rad support. Top left will be the engine size. Looks like this one for a 2.8L. If your sticker is gone and you have a v-8 will need pull the casting numbers off the block. The 4.3L v-6 is the only v-6.

If it runs good it's prob a 5.7. If it's a gutless wonder v-8 it's a 305 (95% of the truck 305's suck). What do you need.
