Question type: Maintenance & Repair

over the past 3 weeks,  my horn would sound when I turned the steering wheel hard to the right.  now it is completely stuck on,  I had to unplug the wiring to the horn,  This may be related to my problem.  My cruise control also stopped working and I also have a constant air bag light on

That sounds like the clock spring unit has failed, it is located behind the steering wheel, so it has to be pulled to gain access to it, you can't repair it you just have to replace it. Make sure you disable the air bags before attempting this repair.
