Van turns on but won't startstart

While driving in a heavy deep rain my oil light
came on, flashed and then van died.  Will not
start  all though it turns on and everything
lights it won't start. I tried pressing the gas
all the way down but nothing happens. It
seems like there isn't any gas but it has a
quarter tank.......  Any ideals oh and I had it
scan  and all its saying is Cam, crank, Catlic
converter  and oxygen censor.
