P0700 DODGE - Transaxle Control System Malfunction... Possible causes - Shorted or open circuit within Transmission Control Module (TCM) - Faulty Transmission Control Module (TCM)....This is an informational code, you would want to check to see if there are any other related codes to check out first. Check for broken wires at the plugin. Gently pull on them, if a little spongy then there is a broken wire. The wire should feel firm when pulling on it.
