i changed my cam shaft sensor after scaning the engin code and now my car wont start

my 2005 dodge neon hasent been runing proporly for a whyle so i scande the engin code and it came up with cam shaft sensor so i changed the cam shaft sensor but now when i try to start the car it makes a click sound then nothing happens

Test your battery for a full charge, if fully charged then, check and clean all of your main power connectors, pay close attention to battery cables, if cables are good then it is possible that the starter has a bad spot on the armature, you could try lightly tapping on it while some one holds the key in the start position to try and shock it into working just one more time.
