Side door close buttons are not working

Both side door buttons are not operating.  The
doors close using the key fob or the control panel
up front

You probably have bad switches. The next thing to do is test for powers and grounds in those switch harnesses.

There is a lock out button on the overhead console. On/off. On mine it's the far right button.
