2006 Dodge Stratus 2.4L SFI DOHC 4cyl engine

I have a 2006 Dodge Stratus with a 2.4L SFI DOHC 4cyl engine. I was driving on the highway and the engine light came on and engine just cut out and won't start now. What could be the problem? Please Help.

Normally,when driving and shut,s off,i would think,check the timing ,may have jumped.
