Dodge caravan 2006 wont start.

My dodge caravan 2006 wont start. I just put in a new
battery 3 months ago and a new starter 7 months ago and
my van wont start when I tried starting it it made this weird
vacuum noise and it wouldn't stop fire 5 min after that I
tried starting it again and the same vacuum noise and  then
white smoke that lasted almost 10 min. Could it be my
starter that I have to get fix again.

Take the van to have a "scan" ,that kind of problems are usually electrics it could mean one of 3 things bad; TPS sensor, Crank shaft sensor or the Flow meter sensor.
