I've got a 1993 Cherokee country 4.0 four wheel drive that I just place the motor, I got it from a trusted salvage yard. but I can not figure out why it will not run. Why?

is getting fuel and fire, and it has new plugs
and wires, distributor and rotor. clean the
intake. New oil and filter, fixed the valves on
top of valve cover, and any other visible
vacuum and exhaust leak.
