i have a 2001 ford explorer...it cuts off while driving...what could be the problem

i drive...it cuts off...the steering wheel locks up...it will start right back up...it
does it continuously....4-5 times within ten miles

it sounds like you got bare problems I would suggest this is a faulty ignition switch
