2001 Ford explorer misfire 124 cylinders

I have a 2001 Ford explorer sport 2wd 4.0 obd
reader said 1,2,3 cylinder misfire I changed plugs
and wires less than a year ago... I tried the coil
pack no difference what should I try next?
