i have a 1991 B2600 leaking anti freeze under neath my cylinders and in between my pulleys. it leaks even when it is not running

That sounds like the whole batch of freeze plugs are leaking. The ones on the sides are fairly easy to do, but the ones in the back you will have to remove the transmission, the ones in the front you will have to remove the fan and pulleys. There are some in the head too.
