I found a cj7 jeep with 133k for 5 thousand is it a
good deal or not. Its in great condition no rust fully
restored.

It would cost more than 5g to restore fully, is it the 4 banger? I'd say $3000 - 7000

We cannot determine if a vehicle is a good buy from a description. Really would need to be looked at in person to make that decision. Jeeps are not particularly reliable so keep that in mind.
