Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got the car back in the winter after a good engine drop was done. No air coming out when I turn the air conditioner on. I have black leather interior and it's impossible to ride in when it's hot. Should I start by adding freon and see if it comes on?

Whoever did the engine swap, maybe the AC lines were not connected or the system properly charged. Take it to a local AC shop and have them diagnose the issue. Sounds like you will need some seals/hoses and a proper recharge of the system.
