horn not working from steering pad

horn works when locking car. fuse is ok but when you press the pad on the steering wheel
it doesnt sound

It could be a bad contact in the horn button.

Not sure extactly what your steering wheel looks like, so I cant be 100% sure.

Ok did a quik search, it looks like your horn contact is located behind the pad aka airbag. Here is a link that shows how to acess the horn contact and ground wire. http://www.justanswer.com/dodge/1essd-replace-clock-spring-daughter-s-2001-sebring.html
