Car shut down when I strated it with 3 seconds and wont start

I went out to start car it started for three seconds then shut down and now wont start. I have the gray key. I no it has something to do with security. What can I do to get my caar started I just moved to a new city and don't no anyone

Go to the nearest lock shop along with your ID and the registration with the Vehicle Identification Number on it. They can get the codes for making you a new key with the electronic signature needed to unlock the car and start it. A dealer can do this as well but will cost more. Good Luck
