was driving with notrans fluid, filled all fluids car had minor smoke coming from underneath, car over heating. what to do?

The smoke could have been from the residual fluid that leaked out onto the exhaust. Did you fix the transmission leak or just add some more fluid? You said all fluids, are other fluids leaking as well? Low to no coolant,engine oil, transmission fluid will make the car run hotter overheating it. Fix the leaks first, pull the code and go from there.
