2003 Chrysler 300. Car has lost all power and we cannot get inside of it.

The door keys have never worked.  The battery must have run dead and now we can't access the car.  Is there a way to pop the hood from outside to try to charge the batter?

you have a 300m, you change the battery form the right fender well, battery in front.
