I also have a 2006 300c and am amazed that you found one with over 200,000 miles on it. It must look really good for you to be interested in it. Mine has 65,000 miles on it and I maintain it so that it looks and feels like new condition. You said you already put $200 on it to hold it. Honestly if everything works on it and you are paying less than $4000 for such a high mileage car, you can expect to be investing in maintenance items like a new starter, ignition switch, alternator, radiator, water pump, cam sensor, battery, plugs and possibly a transmission or engine overhaul. I would not consider a car with this much mileage even if it's a really great price.

I turned my 2005 300C in with 180000 miles with no real problems but the electrical. Just got tired of sliding down the road with RWD when any water is on the ground.

I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 Touring with 325,000 miles original miles. I change the oil regularly. I have had to put in 3 water pumps, 1 transmission and 1 alternator. Still running strong!

I had a 2005 300c awd and it was in rough shape but has 170k on it now (know the owner) and still runs. I just bought another 2005 300c awd with only 94k on it and plan to have it until 200k!
