I bought a 2006.300 Chrysler, in march and my payments are at434,I wonder if I can trade find a dealer to trade me in for 2011 or 2012?

It all depends on what you owe compared to what it is worth- if you owe more than it is worth, a bank will generally not borrow you more unless you make up the negative equity. The only way to find out is to go to a dealer and see- your payment will probably go up also.unless you extend the term longer.
