My car is lost power for headlights radio windows and than started bogging alternator o2 sensor both?

Have you checked the fuse box in the engine bay? I mean, it sounds like an alternator/battery issue but if you have a blown fuse (like ALT) you car will, gradually (if it happens while the engine is running), turn of headlights, stereo, instruments etc etc until you completely lose power... just an hint.
