my caddy has no power

Question type: General

my caddy has no power i put the pedal to the floor goes about 25mph nothing
more.  sounds like the converter.  any other ideas?

Check for a blockage of some kind, fuel--air--exhaust. Does it idle ok? How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Your obd1, you should be able to check some codes, yourself, if there are any.
