How much frame and other
modifications are needed to replace
the305 in my 92 brougham d'elegance
gold edition #203 of assembly line with
a bored balanced blewprinted

You will have to modify just about everything to accommodate such an engine. Transmission, suspension, brakes, cooling, rear axle etc. There is probably plenty of room under the hood but take measurements first. First ask yourself it if it worth spending 30 to 50 grand (or more) on this car.
