Look under model year 1992, looks like you could purchase the Convertible and Hardtop/convertible........http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cadillac_Allant%C3%A9

The Allante is almost always listed as "Base" in various online databases. As Tom has said - the only difference was the addition of an optional latch on hardtop. Other than that - they are all the same. Literally, only a handful came with the hardtop option in 1992. I had a 92 with the add on hardtop. I can probably answer any question you may have on them.
