If it's not overheating, I wouldn't. If you have the Northstar V8 you're looking at upwards of $3500 to do the head gaskets. For starters the engine and transmission assemblies must both be removed from the bottom of the car. Honestly, unless this is a restoration project, it's not worth fixing. HTH. -Jim
