Where do I bolt in the ground wire?

We are fixing my 1999 Cadillac deville, got the
new altinator in wondering where the ground
wire gets bolted in cause we can’t find the
hole for it but it has the wire and bolt.

It's right below your hand 2 the right on the belt tensioner I believe , goes into engine block
