stalling while driving

Stalls after driving for 30 min or so but after sitting
for a little while cranks and runs fine for 5-10 min
and repeats.it will crank and run after stalls but
barely think its the fuel pump but not sure

You can rent or borrow a fuel pressure gauge from most auto parts stores and check it. You may also want to replace the fuel filter if it has been a while. Any check engine lights on? Other things to go over; PVC and EGR valves, check EVAP system operation.
