gear swift in an automatic Ford Focus 2002

i am driving a ford focus 2002 and recently noticed that it drags between 90-
110 and doesnt make a smooth shift in between gears is it a ford problem or
do i need to send it to repairs ? it is a second hand car and was been serviced
3 months back

yes 90-110 KPH...

It seems like every tranny is having solenoid problems, this is what yours sounds like, they get a little age on them and they start to get sticky, sometimes a service with a quart of TransX helps but usually you still windup replacing the assembly. So have a tranny shop check it out, better spend some money on it now then wait and spend a bunch later. HTH
