My mechanic replaced a 15 fuse under the steering wheel to get my truck started again. Which 15 fuse is it that would cause the truck not to start. It's a 2002 xlt esdie bauer

Replace the fuse yourself, there should be a diagram in your owners manual stating what the fuse controls. Obviously you have a short somewhere. That will need to be fixed.
