have all lights except headlights, fuses ok what could be the problem?
Most likely a fuseable link, down by the starter has blown. HTH. -Jim
87 Ford product, headlight switch is my first suspect followed by the dimmer switch.
There is no fuseable link at the starter. Like tennisshoes said, the Headlight switch or the multifunction switch. I would certainly try a test light at one of the headlight sockets just to make sure you don't have 2 burned out headlights (rare but possible).
