Have you had a hesitation lately? You might have a misfire, adding unburnt fuel into the exhaust, clogging the catalytic converters which also caused the EGR to blow. That is why you can only drive up to 20mph now.

Good flow when hot or cold?

If the flow is good, then I suspect a bad ignition coil or coils.

Has good flow all the time ignition coil there is no miss in the motor just no power. Could the oxygen sensor cause that sending the wrong info to the emc?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for about ten minutes. Might have a code from the egr issue causing it not to operate properly now. This should clear any old codes.

That's another good one Tom. Sounds like you might be on to something here.

Good idea dandy I will try that was reading some other revues on here they are saying a faulty coil pack and that will clogg the third converter and to hollow it out and should be fine but the problem is it does not have a miss in the motor. I would think that if the coil pack was bad it would have a miss and be hard to start. it fires right up and runs fine just no power when you drive it
