2002 Escape Brand new battery and alternator and keeps not charging.

The computer shows no code. Any ideas?

So what are the symptoms? When the engine is on, pop the hood and probe the battery with a multimeter, what is the DC voltage? It should be around 14V. Since you say it isn't charging, is it around 12V? What is the battery with the engine off?
