Can anybody tell me the possibilities of why my truck spits and sputters even with new fuel pump ,PVC, and plugs ?

If your carb is in good shape, then start looking for vacuum leaks, possible intake gaskets, worn timing chain and gears, possible some other ignition component is going bad, ie carbon tracked distributor cap, high resistance in the ignition wires, low coil output, recheck your new plugs, possible cracked porcelain or gapped incorrectly. HTH
