I have 1977 f100 c4 trany BM  CABLE SHIFTER IF MY TRUCK IS PARK ON
INCLINE FRONT HIGHTER THAN THE BACK THE PARKING PAW WANT
RELEASE UNLESS YOU FORCE IT THE SHIFTER RELEASE BUT THE PAW
INSIDE THE TANY WANT UNLRSS YOU FORCE IT SOME TIME YOU HAVE
TO JACK THE BACK WHEELS OFF THE GROUND  HOW DO I FIX IT ?

You can't, there was a paragraph in the owners manual about inclines and the park selector. What you need to do is when you have got into your parking space set the parking brake then put it in park, remember how to turn your wheels if uphill or downhill, this relives tension on the park pawl inside the tranny.
