Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1969 F-100 with a 362ci (yes it is a 362ci not a 360ci and it is orignal)
and 3 on the tree. I lost my leg and am changing over to an automatic. I have
a FMX out of a 360ci 1969 and have put the correct bellhousing on it but the
torque converter will not work. the 362 has a 1.240 Crank Pilot Diameter the
smallest i have found is a 1.375. Can anyone help me please.
