Why is my 1985 ford crown vic ltd starting up byitself?
I replaced the starter solenoid now when I place the batt terminal on battery it starts up by it's self ..... No alarm or remote starts on vehicle
the ignition switch might be stuck. try replacing it. ive seen this in explorers and some lincolns
If the solenoid was wired wrong it could send a constant battery voltage to the starter, double check your ign wiring is where it should be.
