My car will start but dies when I try derive it it does idle

My calibra will.start but dies when I try drive it.
I Have changed the plugs but I don't thing it is firing
on cylinders 3 and 6   it is a 2.5 v6

first I would get a spark plug wire tester, they do not cost much, and they are simple to use one end plugs into the wire, other onto the plug have someone turn it over it has a window you should see the spark, if not replace wire, if you get a spark, I would do a compression test you did not say how many miles on it? does it use oil? you could have low Compression?
