My van has no dipstick to check the transamission fluid. How else can I check the transmission fluid on this vehichle?

It may have the short dipstick on the pan, which means either putting the van on a lift or crawling underneath it to check fluid level.

Ok thank you. I took it to Walmart this morning for an oil change & they couldn't find it so they said, now I don't even know if they looked.

Walmart is the LAST place you want to have change your transmission fluid. Trans fluid changes aren't like oil changes, they are meant to be performed only at specific intervals. Your owner's manual will have that info. I'd take it to a regular shop or one that specializes in transmissions.
