1981 Lincoln Continental Mark 6 turn signals fan motor aren't working when car is on

Hi When the car is turned on the fan motor doesn't
work nor do the turn signals or reverse lights but
when the car is just sitting there with the ignition
on an engine off all these things work what could
this possibly be a bad relay a bad circuit breaker
please answer thanks!

I'm going to answer my own question I found out it's the ignition switch not the physical switch that the key starts the car not that switch but it's an electrical harness that's on the steering column that supplies main power to all those options in the vehicle it was separated & falling apart and for $18 I replaced it that's the fix for this car!
