Should be underside of steering column at the steering wheel.

Unless your Ranchero was originally delivered to a dealer in New York you probably don't have them. They were an available option thru the 1966 model year but not required, except in New York until 1967. If your Ranchero does have the option there's a toggle switch inside the glove box for the emergency flashers. HTH. -Jim
