My car has new spark plugs, and no other known issues but when i pt my foot down a little it chugs but once i get to speed and i ease foot off it is fine what could this be?

has new spark plugs, runs beautiful usually and still does once at speed i want to be at or i am not giving way and taking off.

If not starved for air (new filter) don't fix then could be starving for fuel. Fuel filter next ?
