Why does my 98 XR8 falcon, sometimes have trouble starting when it hot.It turns over fine, but she does''nt fire.
Possibly a faulty coolant temperature sensor or leaky injectors, it happens when they get older, the leakage will cause a rich mixture situation making it too rich for the spark to ignite. You can check by removing the spark plugs after trying to do a hot start and checking them for fuel.
