Any seats from a 63-69 Falcon or a 1964-1/2 to 1979 Mustang should bolt right in. I would think any later Mustang bucket seat would work too with minor modifications. Early Ford Fairlane seats as well as Torino and Mercury Comet too. Almost any 1980's and 90's Ford bucket seats from Escorts, Probe, Tempo, Taurus, etc. should fit as well but only seats from the 1960's would look correct. To look correct they should be a low-back bucket seat with no headrest. Your floorboards should already be drilled from the factory for bucket seats so just measure the distance across from hole to hole. You can check this All-Ford Junkyard that has nothing newer than 1990 and goes as far back as 1939. No website but toll-free phone number is 1-800-359-0970. They are in Hastings, Mn. and will ship anywhere. They should have some pretty decent bucket seats available. Kenny / MrBlueOval. .

The bucket seats Ford installed in 63 Futura & Sprint hardtops were/are quite different than seats installed in the convertibles. Without modification 63 hardtop seats will not, "bolt right in" a 63 convertible.

Mustang seats will bolt right in as the floor is the same as the Stang but any midsize to small car of the 1960's would also fit as example Camaro Chevelle, Buick Skylark, Pontiac Firebird, Dodge dart, etc. but the Ford or Mercury seat is a bolt in job and would keep your Falcon all Ford so I would go with Mustang seats from 1964 to 1968 or Fairlane or Torino from 1966-69. Good Luck, Kenny/MrBlueOval

Mustang seats will not bolt in my 1964 falcon convertible. The bolt holes do not line up. Honestengine

What about rear seats? I have a 65 Futura, will the rear Mustang seat work? I need a frame for the TMI upholstery.

The seats may be the same but the tracks and risers are unique to the convertible because of the box section on the floor. I used tracks/risers from a 62 sedan but they needed to be sectioned or the seat would sit to high. I found this out when converting from a bench to buckets in my 63 convertible.
