I have a 85 buick t type grand national and when i press the gas it dont want to get up and go.If i press peddle all the way down it take time to gain speed what could my problem be?

try changin the fuel filter... if no change, then the fuel pump is next.

check the Catalytic Converter- is it plugged? has it ever been changed?
