Windsheild wipers stopped working. Why???

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 89 Dodge Raider. Wipers stopped working front and back. I changed the
fuses and it is not that. I want to change the relay, but I can't find where they are.
Anyone know? If it is not that then I will replace the motor. Can anyone give me a
little advice here?  Thanks!

I have an 87.. if the wipers weren't used for a while, they would do the same thing.. Start the rig, turn the wipers on, and physically move the wiper arms. On mine, after helping them thru a couple of cycles they started to function normally. This was an old car trick that a pal told me about that actually worked! good luck...
