last night my 88 raider over-heated...now it wont start ...the engine isnt seized...but i did notice some air bubbles coming from the head....any ideas why it wont start pls let me know
the starter is working but i dont know if the motor is actually turning over i can hear kinda clunk evry couple seconds while im trying to start it....any ideas ????????
You definately blew a head gasket, depending on how long the vehicle was overheated , you may have burn't some valves, this would cause a lack of compression, you may have have also broken some internal engine components, hence the clunking noise while trying to sart the engine, sorry for the not so good news.... Have a mechanic friend come and take a look at it for you....
you might have also warped the head
