My 74 MGB starts fine and idle's at about 800 rpm. But it will not run up the rpm. As it starts to increase the rpm it stalls out. I have a Weber two barrel down draft on the car. Ideas????

Do you know if it is fuel or spark related? Have you tried propane enrichment fro the fuel test? Have tried to check the spark right up to failure? Trying to track down if it is fuel or spark problem.
