Auto to manual tranny swap in 73 duster

Asked by Jul 28, 2015 at 09:36 PM about the 1973 Plymouth Duster

Question type: Car Customization

I have 2 1973 dusters, one manual
and the other auto, I only wanna put
money into one of them, both in same
condition, but I want a new tranny and
haven't decided whether or not I want
auto or manual, I like the color on one,
but my question is.... Is it easier to
convert a manual transmission into
auto or vice versa?
